I had Omori soba for 950 yen. The rustic-style buckwheat noodles served in the hall of an old private house are made with local flour. Variation in thickness is also an accent. horse~. Soba soup is surprisingly effective. The menu only offers morisoba and soba-gaki. There is no other side menu, so I decided to eat soba and visited. It was vacant at noon on weekdays. It's a family operation, so it's a bit selfish, but that's also good.

2023,11　There is a parking lot a little far from the store. It is a style restaurant where you park your car, go under the noren, take off your shoes, and go to the tatami room. As I was taking off my shoes, I was suddenly asked, ``What do you want?'' and I panicked a little. It's my first time visiting the store, so I don't know the system. (sweat) I looked around and found the menu and ordered soba noodles. Just place your order and take a seat at an available seat. While I was waiting, I was served soba noodles with black sesame along with tea and pickles (service). Shortly after, the soba noodles arrived and I tried them, and they were so delicious! This is my first time eating soba with black sesame seeds, and I was surprised at how delicious it was. I don't think the soba noodles were 100% perfect, but they went down easily, and the dipping sauce had a strong dashi flavor. Payment was convenient as you could use PayPal as well as Niconico cash.

I had soba noodles and soba gaki. Since it's a famous restaurant, I was prepared for it to be very crowded, but I was able to get a seat right away. The soba noodles are classic Yamagata and have a firm texture, but they were easy to eat and slippery😅 It was my first time to eat sobagaki, but it had a strange texture and was delicious, almost like a dessert.

9/7 12:45 Big eaters want a larger portion of soba in the countryside than a small portion of fashionable soba in the city lol Personally, I feel like Tsuyu's response is hmm. The soba noodles are also lukewarm. It felt like normal country soba.

It is a quaint soba restaurant. The soba was delicious. Throat over. The soup also has a strong scent and sweetness of bonito. The quantity is relatively large. The sesame soba noodles were also satisfying.

Inaka soba served in the tea room of an old folk house. The menu only includes mori soba and warm tori soba. The cold soba noodles are crisp, chewy, soft, and very delicious. The sauce is sweet and is eaten with soba noodles. The soba soup was also medium thick and came with plenty of water. It's like a grandmother's house in the countryside. The scenery is nice, and the view from the train window until you arrive is peaceful and soothing. Time has stopped. The surrounding mountains are beautiful and it's a nice place. The parking lot next to the store is large and can accommodate 30 cars. Asphalt is safe. I wonder if the hall is narrowed down during the winter, with only a tea room left. There is also a sunken kotatsu. It's a place you'll definitely want to visit in every season.

It's a well-known soba restaurant, so it's one I've always wanted to visit. It is located a little far from the city center, surrounded by orchards and private houses. On the last day of the holidays, there were many luxury cars with out-of-prefecture license plates parked there. A cool building with a sense of history. Once you pass through the curtain at the entrance, you will find yourself inside a store full of nostalgia. This is a style where you order first. Warm and chewy soba noodles come in two flavors: soy sauce, green onions, and a sweet sauce made from black sesame. Both were really delicious, and I couldn't stop eating them even though the soba noodles were coming soon. The sweet black sesame sauce flavor is also great as a dessert. Zaru soba is black country soba. I ordered a regular portion, but it was so delicious that I thought a large portion would be fine. I would definitely like to come again.
